Very good book. While I found Tara and Emerson's characters to be somewhat cookie-cutter, Noelle was very interesting and I found myself feeling very sad for her. I love a story that infuses the present with flashbacks from the past, and this one blends the two very well. It also tells the story from each character's perspective instead of relying on just one narrator. Parts of it were quite predictable, which is why I only gave it 4 stars.
