This is a very interesting approach to fat fighting. It stresses that you have the power to make your after 40 years rich and rewarding. It's all about developing a plan that works for you. The book talks about stress and its connection to weight gain. It talks of three catagories. 1) Stress-resistent (healthy eaters), 2) Stress Overeaters, 3) stress undereaters. The book than takes each type of eater and gives tips, guidelines, etc. to help them create a plan for themselves. I really received many helpful tips from this book. I've written down the things I've gleaned from this book so I could pass it along to someone else to enjoy.
