This is the summary: Simon: I never noticed you before. But then my brother talks to you. Then I notice you. I like you. But I shouldn't. I want you. But I shouldn't. Okay I will (but only to protect your reputation). I will continue to be untruthful to you. Why? BECAUSE I KNOW BETTER!
Simon is arrogant and unlikeable. He continued to withhold the truth from Lily, almost the whole book. And Lily KNEW there something he wasn't telling her, through the whole book. He deliberately would withhold information from Lily (like with the gossip relating to their marriage), because he thought he knew better.
Disappointed. I thought I would really enjoy this book. Not so much.
