This is a fantastic cookbook for pasta salads. The prep, cooking times, and servings are listed, along with nutritional information. She includes the number of proteins, healthy fats, and vegetables in each serving. The intro description explained how each meal could be used. Other than the cover photo, there are no photos. These were interesting combinations of foods for great pasta salads.
