Not as funny as the first entry in the series, but still witty, this book follows Betsy as she goes into denial about being queen of the vamps, not to mention being sort of married to Sinclair. Betsy is a bit grating as always, but she persists in coming through just at the moment when you want to smack her. It probably helps that it's obvious she drives everyone else in the book nuts too. Worth the read for fans of paranormal chick lit, but hopefully the character will continue to grow as the series progresses.
