Not This Time by Vicki Hinze, book review

This is the newest suspense novel by Vicki Hinze. The book opens with a wedding gone somehow wrong, but no one is sure exactly what happened, except all the attendees are dead. Oh, wait, they are not dead, just passed out, well all except one who really is dead.

Sara and Beth are at the center of the plot. They successfully run a multi-million dollar company and are best friends. But now things are a bit murky. The terrorists are back, but no one is really sure who is the target and who is the enemy. Lots of suspense.

I found this book hard to follow. There were a lot of characters introduced so quickly that I just could not keep them straight. While this is often the case in the beginning chapters of a book, I was still pretty lost 6 chapters into it. The plot was relatively clear, but determining the target of the attack was a bit muddled for quite a while. For me, I needed to become better acquainted with the characters more quickly to really enjoy the book.
