I read the first two books in this anthology.

Trouble in Paradise by Jill Marie Landis: When Carrie Evans agreed to marry Kurt Rowland on a Hawaiian beach, she didn't know the wedding would be jinxed. First Kurt called her to let her know he'd be on a later flight because of work. Then the airlines lost her luggage, her rental vehicle wasn't available, and a huge rainstorm soaked her clothes. When Kurt finally arrives, they find out that the caterer has left the island and the wedding organizer has left everything in the hands of her young assistant. Carrier thinks the wedding is jinxed and this is a sign they shouldn't get married.

I really didn't enjoy this story. I thought it would be humorous, but Carrie's constant worrying drove me crazy. My rating: 2 Stars.

Biting the Apple by Jo Leigh: When Trish Avalon entered a free wedding giveaway, she didn't think she'd actually win. Trish was just hoping for an all-expense-paid trip to New York City so she could look for a job as a journalist without using her meager savings. Now that she's won, she just needs to find a fiancé. Trish asks her ex-boyfriend Mark Reynolds to go with her. She tells him that they can have a fun vacation, get married, then get an annulment in a few weeks. Mark has loved Trish since they dated a few years ago. Now is his chance to win her back.

I thought this story was cute and enjoyable. My rating: 3 Stars.
