If you are not familar with Diehl's novels, you are in for a surprize. He is at the top of the list in spymaster thrillers and this espionage thriller is no exception. This novel interweaves fictional creations amoung historical figures. In this case, Hitler and his henchmen, and the beginnings of World War Two. The plot is a highly trained superspy buried in the United States for six years with a plan to neuterlize the United States from entering the war with France and England.
