The jacket blurb says it best - "A new sleuth for a new age." Turing Hopper is the perfect cyber-sleuth for the new millennium because Turing is an Artifical Intelligence Personality, an AIP - she's a mainframe computer with a mind like Miss Marple. Unlike other AIPs, Turing is sentient and she senses foul play when her own creator disappears. Will an AIP be able to catch a flesh and blood criminal?

My personal opinion is that this book is a good read and Turing Hopper is a great character.
