Good continuation of the series, Vicky is another urban fantasy heroine that feels she has to do it all by herself and feels she knows best. She gets into trouble a lot flying by the seat of her pants. She seems to get out of the jams but is frequently injured or guilt ridden when others are injured or die. This independence creates friction between her and her friends and family, and especially Kane her boyfriend. The author is doing a great job broadening all of the characters personalities. Still liking this series.
