This is THE 'primer' for Multi-level marketing. It's been printed in several different editions, and this one's my favorite. It can be an excellent training booklet, with lots of pictures and large, benign type.

Don't miss this book, if you'd like psychologically (& socialogically) correct info on on MLM.
