I'm not a fan of Buchanan, I don't care for her writing style but I did manage to get through this one but had to skip and skim a lot
Once the story starts it doesn't really draw you in until almost the end, I didn't care for the 'food' part and it has too many descriptions of everything so I skipped most of those and that was pages at a time, I finally had to skip to close to the end and I found the chapter that sums it all up quickly and that was enough for me
I probably won't read anymore by this author
