After I waded through Kevin Trudeau's massive theories on a medical conspiracy to keep Americans sick, I found myself wondering what all the fuss was about. His theories about food affecting people differently and possibly accounting for individual reactions and/or disease, are really not that different than what my grandmother passed on. I remember her saying,"You are what you eat!". Frankly, I had to look hard to find cures for any disease in this book. This book is more about what you should do, in Mr. Trudeau's opinion, to avoid getting sick.
