This book should be in the religion section. It's NOT a science book. Its a free country and anyone can believe what ever they want, but let's be honest here. This book is simply a fundamentalist Christian text meant to help them cope with the overwhelming evidence in favor of evolution and somehow do the impossible, to reconcile their religious beliefs on one hand, and the discoveries of modern science on the other. All of these "Scientific Creation" books in their various forms merely put a scientific coat of paint on what is essentially the Book of Genesis' explanation of modern biology and geology. The arguments made in this book will convince you only if you are already leaning towards fundamentalist beliefs. The science advanced in this book could not convince a first-year Geology/earth science undergrad, and I'm sorry to say you have to be willingly ignorant of science to fall for its fallacious arguments. If you believe in the Bible and that it is the unerring word of God, you should say so directly, and not try and fool people with these books that try and make religion into a science.
