Great story - good description of characters and story line.
I really enjoyed how easily the gospel was shared in this story - in fact, some very typical, tough questions that many people ask - are dealt with in the story line. Peterson does an excellent job writing it all directly into the story, without it feeling like you're being preached to within a book.
I personally enjoyed the entire book - had me from the first page and I didn't like putting it down. I think the story is realistic and written with compassion.
Highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever dealt with deep past hurts and doesn't think they can ever "get over them". In fact, many could probably relate to the exact details of the characters, in the way that life had wounded them.
We all have pain. Everyone has a "story". It's how we choose to deal with the pain that makes us who we are. Tracie Peterson weaves the truth through the story of 3 women's lives - and shows us how we can allow any wrong that has ever been done to us, to make us better, not bitter.
