This is a good book with half of the book dedicated to research on how inflammation is harming our bodies and what to do to reverse it. The other half is recipes. I've made about half the recipes in this book and about 50% of them are good and other 50% are pretty bad. I've found the dessert/bread recipes especially bad, but I continue to return to the book - it's an easy read for a non-medical professional and gives some basic advice.
