this one will keep you on the edge of your chair, and make you watch very, very carefully the next time you go swimming in the ocean . . .
ISURUS MAXIMUS . . . Genetically engineered sharks. 20 feet long, two thousand pounds of cartilage, tooth and muscle, bigger and meaner than any great white, able to leap more than twenty feet out of the water and swallow half a man in one bite.
The SeaLife Institute bred them and lost them. Six monster sharks roam the Florida keys, gliding silently through the water, hunting as a team, eating anything that catches their attention.
Man, they soon discover, is slow and clumsy in the water, and also delicious. Innocent tourist or experienced shark hunter---no one is safe from the beautiful, eager killers.
