Most of the recipes in this book are.for either salads or kebobs.There are no quick recipespesso, nor are they very low carb. I call low-carb one to two, five at most---but the three chapters list recipes for an average twelve, twenty-four, and forty-three carbs! For that many carbs one would expect more varied recipes..
