The premise for this book I found intriguing, but the execution of the story I found to be disappointing. The heroine, with a PhD in Hemotology and Oncology, was so incredibly dense, I just wanted to smack her upside the head. There were some interesting moments, & a surprise I didn't see coming, but all in all, the story plodded along. And the ending was so hackneyed.........
