This book radically changed my life for the better. I trace the breaking of terrible patterns in my life back to reading and implementing the simple steps in this book. No hoopla, pure scripture. If you have recurrent harassing problems that uncannily will not go away, read it. The author was a contemporary of CS Lewis and is a biblical scholar of rare caliber, but is also intimate with the ways of the Holy Spirit. A crown jewel.
