Fast- paced, thought-provoking. Eighteen year old Cori signs up for a 10 week trip with her church to the remote island in Indonesia.Six week into the adventure a confict that has been simmering for years erupts on the nearby island of Ambon. Cori and her teammates find themselves caught up in the middle of it all.The Christian church they helped build lies is a smoldering pile of ashes.The Pastor and many villagers are dead. Cori and her team mates must flee to the jungle for safety. Cori searches for spiritual answers and emotional stability while attempting to find her way to saftey and back home.
