I feel very, very sorry for this author. She has near-crippling social anxieties and a lot of fears, and she has chosen a career that doesn't seem to suit her. She tells us all these weaknesses as if we are supposed to admire her for them!
Perhaps more to the point, the book is not really about introverts, but just about and for people who are riddled with anxieties. She also uses vulgar language (four-letter words) gratuitously.
I deeply regret having bought this book and do not recommend it to anyone who views himself or herself as being normal or psychologically healthy (introvert or not).
