I thought this was great fun - kind of like reading a superhero comic book but without all those annoying pictures for this text lover. The heroine's family and her resistance to her attraction to the hero were some of my favorite parts. The only downside I see is that we have to wait for book two to be released. I am notoriously frugal and love pbswap and bookmooch and used book sales. It is really rare for me to ever pay retail for a book, but Andrews is the one author where I feel like it is always worth it. I have never been disappointed in one of their books.
