This is my favorite series for a bunch of different reasons. The top reason, though, is the fact it's a story of supernatural love told from the guy's POV. As much as I love supernatural love stories, most are the girls' POV. It's interesting reading a guy's POV when he meets the girl he likes, and see how it turns into love. And it helps that the main character, Ethan, is extremely likable. It took awhile to get to like Lena, because even though you sympathize with her, she does have the tendency to annoy you but in the end you whine up cheering for the both of them
