The real appeal of this book is that it is very easy to understand, and written in such a way that the reader may jump back and forth without having to read it from cover to cover. Dr. Fieve has such an understanding of those suffering from moodswings. This is a definite must read for people who have friends or family with bipolar disorder or are themselves diagnosed with the illness.
