If you have read the first two books, you will be disappointed by the third. The heroine who shows so much promise in the first book is soon reduced to a damsel in distress.

If you are looking for this book, make sure you get the US version, not the Australian one. Cecelia Dart-Thornton is Australian and when she published it, there was such a disappointed outcry that upon releasing it to the US, she added another epilogue to "satisfy" her readers. Despite the expectation that the epilogue will "satisfy" the reader, however, I found this to be the most of disappointing books. So much promise... yet so little closure. In my opinion, the author does not deliver.
