As Harry Potter celebrates his seventeenth birthday, he leaves Privet Drive knowing that the protective charms that kept him hidden from Lord Voldemort no longer work. With the help of Ron and Hermione, Harry is ready to carry out Dumbledore's last request. He must find the Horcruxes and destroy Voldemort.

The seventh book in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series leaves me asking one question...is there a rating higher than 5 Stars? If so, this is one of those books that deserves it. Rowling winds up the series with a fantastic story. Nearly all of the major characters that we were introduced to throughout the series are back. I was happy to see some of my favorites...Hagrid, Lupin, Fred and George Weasley, and Professor MacGonagall. I was even happy to see one of the characters I actually despised, Dolores Umbridge, was back in this book. Some characters live to the end of the book, but some don't. I actually cried at one point. Kudos to the narrator of the audio version, Jim Dale, for his fantastic work in this series. My rating: 5 Stars.
