Disappointed is the best way to describe my reaction to this book. There were parts when I questioned if I wasn't reading a book for middle schoolers. There is a long waiting list for this, and I was on the hold list for months at my library. I fully understand that this book is about a maid, Molly who has social issues. But the as the story unfolded, it just got plain predictable, as well as banal.
