Loved it. It had all the requisite elements of a fantasy novel - magic, sorcerers, a princess, princes, a warrior, etc. but it put them together in an entirely new and different manner. The character development was top-notch, as was the world-building. Too bad it's a stand-alone book. I would love to read more books based in this world, with these characters.
