This was a good book by Linda Howard, but not one that everyone will enjoy. The relationship between the Sara and Rome could be considered frustrating, to say the least, and while it would be great to have someone love you to the extent that she loved him, I didn't like that she put up with some of the stunts he pulled. I would have rather seen her put him in his place one good time. That being said, I still love Linda Howard and did enjoy this book.
