This fabulous book not only inspires those in education to strive for more student growth, but it details how one district achieved it. I've been in education for over 30 years, and this book made "data-driven" education take on more meaning than I've ever realized before. It would be a wonderful book study for a group of educators - don't forget the school board, admin, teachers...
