The main girl in Jury of His Peers .. I didn't care for her attitude. She reminds me of a stereotypical mean girl from any movie about high school kids. Speaking of high school, the "ugly duckling" boy from her school, whom she cruelly mocked, shows up at a function, now in his mid-twenties, handsome and successful. Gee, I wonder where the plot will go.The second story, Any Sunday, was slightly better. Marjorie Majors (and I chuckled thinking of Stan Lee's character names, i.e. Silver Surfer, which employ the same double lettering for initials) is a go-getter car saleswoman at the Mercedes dealership. Suffering at work for a full week with hip pains, a co-worker refuses to let her go on more day without a doctor visit..and sets her up with an emergency appointment with a gynocologist.

Right? You're thinking.. gyno for hip pain? Why not her own doctor? Why not an internist? Because "you'll love Doctor Sam!".

Everyone loves Doctor Sam, ladies. He's a catch. He also really likes kids, and wants kids. WOW. Put him in the replicator and sell him on ebay! So, sure, no real surprises in this one, either, but more readable than the first story.
