I thought I had Celiac Disease since I was diagnosed (via a skin biopsy) with Duhring's Disease (a form of Dermatitis Herpetiformis), which in turn is Celiac Disease. It turns out, after 10 years and another skin biopsy, it was a premature diagnosis. Please do not use this book to self-diagnose your condition. Take the time to go to a dermatologist or an internist to get diagnosed. It will save you time and frustration.
