This is a great book about the immigration experience of Mexican's crossing the border. The author's life experience in Mexico is a plus since she knows the country's customs. The young protagonist, a teenage girl grows throughout the book as she goes through a serious of adventures that kept me guessing. Really enjoy it and recommend it
