I've found some of Block's books in this series unpleasant reading. After reading Susan H's review I've decided to skip this one. I don't need to read graphic sex-murder scenes described in detail.

Block did such a great job in some of his other series. Why did he have to lower his standards for this one?

Since there is one copy already posted here, I think I'll donate my copy to a thrift store.
