I was seriously underwhelmed by this book. I read it because I'd heard such great things about this Firefighter series, but it wasn't at all what I had hoped. I felt that there was very little chemistry between the hero and heroine, and I actually found the hero to be quite whiny and weak. I kept reading because I'd hoped it would get better, but it didn't. The whole mystery/suspense part of the book was kind of silly and mostly unbelievable. I actually said, "Oh, come on!" when I read the ending. Would I recommend this one? Not really.
