I really did enjoy this book! But I also bought it with the complete understanding that this IS a YA book, regardless it was great at pulling you into the story. It's variations on the different script and color of print I'm sure helps younger readers follow the several different characters you get to follow in this book. The pictures are nice and tie up well! You really feel like they are your ordinary teen, plus a bit extra. The second book "off the page" is even better and helps with giving these characters even more depth.
