Book Review of Life, on the Line: A Chef's Story of Chasing Greatness, Facing Death, and Redefining the Way We Eat

A interesting read of the lengths people will go thru for nothing of value. To spend a whole life, 14 to 18 hrs a day to make strange food doesn't make sense. He has no life other that cooking. Not worth it in my eyes.
