This author writes well and knows how to develop a plot. Loved the story until the last six or seven chapters (they are short) came to play. At that point the narrative was wishywashy, preachy and a waste of time. This fault should have been mentioned in the cover description. Would I recommend it to others? If you are aware of the ending and it's not a letdown go for it but if you are expecting something more appropriate to the story forget it. I doubt that I will pick up another novel by this author.
