Fantastic book. Reading this book has led me to a more healthy lifestyle. I liked riding bikes before this read, but now I love riding for what it is. A way to become a child again. To exercise without wondering if it is doing any good. The book gives examples of others trials and their ability through the bike, in overcoming them for the most part. Bike for Life has good information and anecdotes for the reader. But it also leads you to the "I can do this" attitude. Some information was too technical for me to care, but mostly straight forward and interesting.
