The crimes are unthinkable, the fear is real and the truth is deadly. Dect. Montoya and Betz are at it again. New Orleans is turned upside down looking for a killer who seems to be avenging a 20 year old accident. Was the death of Faith Chastain all it seemed to be? Excellent story.
