As children they'd played together despite the feud between their families. Moira and Kenneth had even thought themselves in love but to Moira, the events of eight years ago and her brother's subsequent death in battle resulted from Kenneth's actions. She only felt hatred for him now and even more so when circumstances forced them to wed.
