I enjoyed this book very much as I live in St. Paul. My mother took her nurses training at the old Anchor Hospital in the thirties. I love reading about life in that era. I moved to St. Paul in 1964 and fell in love with St. Paul and knew I would live here the rest of my life. I am now 64 and love St. Paul as much as I did when I was 19. This is definitely a good read.
