Turn off your brain before reading this book.
I rarely read something as full of cliches as this book. Seeing that it is #9 in a series, I guess it's a moneymaker. As a "crime" story it's forgettable. Besides, the author tries to educate the reader in the proper way of speaking English which was annoying after a while. One good thing though: the recipes - many of them were new to me, and I will be trying out one or the other.
