If you are a serious cook, this is the kind of cookbook that you will want to have. It is very in-depth, complete instructions and detail for each recipe. It can be a bit overwhelming for some since this is a step up kinda cooking.
It is from Cook's Illustrated and that is a amazing cooking/baking magazine.
This is a fabulous cookbook.
