Contrary to the book description, not all the recipes in this book contain applesauce. Some of the recipes use Grandma's Molasses, Holland House Mixers/Wines, Clamato, just to name a few. Most of the recipes are simple yet tasty, with few ingredients. None require fancy or high priced herbs. Lots of full page, full color photos of the dishes just entice you to try them.
