First of all, I seriously doubt that this book is the "final truth." This is an autobiography by a lying, sadistic monster. Who would really expect it to be the unbiased truth? Self-serving and one-sided is more like it. For example, when he kills one woman who he had some sort of personal relationship with (I believe she was his cousin...I don't remember, but she was not a random stranger as many of his victims were) he says that as she was dying, she tried to "hold on" for as long as possible and prolong her own death, because she cared for him and wanted him to get as much pleasure from her death as possible.
