Ms. Sayers, who after years of writing Lord Peter Wimsey mysteries, went on to learn Italian to translate Dante's _La Divina Commedia_, interacts with what she considers one of the fundamental theological issues in Christian theology: "imago dei." What does it mean to be created "in the image of God"?
