" Deep Fire Rising " is a hell of a ride!

I can't remember the last time I read a book incorporating more myths, history, legends and general oddities.

This book is a non-stop world spanning romp attempting to save the world from the inevitable... and to thwart those who don't want it saved.

Mercer, a geologist, finds himself at the center of a conspiracy which knows the end is coming and doesn't want it stopped.

DuBrul doesn't pull his punches and carries the story right to the tragic end.

I thought it was a really good read. Well worth the time.
