Super colorfull, very fun to look at. My husband love making Sushi rolls and this book has quite a few recipes that are Yuuuuuuummy! It also has detailed directions and pictures for garnished creations to make a reall snazzy looking dish. Pretty fun book for a beginner or a colorfull coffe table book :)
